1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is the case. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to observe our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable rules of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not responsible for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Solaceharbourlife or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
